2. Will I pay any commission or fees?
No, you can use Basit Kargo for free, and there is no additional commission on shipping fees. Shipping fees are deducted from your account balance, which you can top up via bank transfer or credit card.
3. Will I receive an invoice for my shipping payments?
At the end of the month, a consolidated invoice will be issued for all your shipments. You won't have to deal with individual invoices from shipping companies. You can view your invoices in the 'My Invoices' section.
4. Can I send cash-on-delivery shipments?
You can send cash-on-delivery shipments.
5. Can I choose the shipping company for my shipments?
You can select the most suitable shipping company for each of your shipments. You can compare prices and delivery times between shipping companies.
6. Can I ship to anywhere in Turkey?
You can ship from anywhere in Turkey to anywhere in Turkey.
7. Whose name will appear as the sender for shipments?
Shipments will be sent under your name. You can set the sender name as your company name, Instagram page, or website name.
8. Can I add my own shipping agreement?
You can add your own shipping agreement for free. This way, you can use Basit Kargo's features while shipping at your own advantageous rates.
